The Dean Dublin Centre is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our night team. You will greet guests, handle late check-ins, and provide facility information while ensuring security and safety across the property.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, supporting maintenance, setting up event spaces, and delivering reliable handovers to the morning team. Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience and strong communication skills for a smooth overnight operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Reliable and able to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and provide information about hotel facilities.
• Monitor security and safety of entrances, public areas, and staff spaces overnight.
• Support light housekeeping and maintenance tasks to uphold hotel presentation.
• Assist with event setup and room configurations for the following day.
• Maintain handovers and clear records for the morning team.
