Clontarf Castle in Dublin 3 is seeking an experienced Night Manager to join our 4-star hotel management team. You will oversee overnight operations, manage guest queries, and ensure safety, security and high service standards.

The ideal candidate has prior night managerial experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the confidence to take responsibility for the hotel overnight, including night audit and ensuring readiness for the following day.

Job Description

An experienced Night Manager to join a beautiful 4* hotel. Working as part of the hotel management team, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel throughout the night, ensuring guests receive a high level of service while maintaining the safety, security and operational standards of the property. The role will involve overseeing overnight operations, managing guest queries and requests, supporting the team on duty, completing night audit and ensuring the hotel is fully prepared for the following day. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Night Manager or similar hotel position, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and the confidence to take responsibility for the hotel overnight.
