Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a dedicated Night Operations Associate to ensure smooth hotel performance after hours and deliver the highest level of guest service. You will supervise the night shift, handle front office duties including the night audit, oversee safety checks and maintain Dalata's standards across our Irish properties, while coordinating with teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service is essential.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Outstanding communication skills are required.
• Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
• Experience in a 3/4-star hotel is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties, e.g. first aid
• Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out out guests
• Food & Beverage service at night.
• Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
• Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
• Lead and develop the Night team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
• Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
