Job summary

The Spencer Hotel in Dublin is seeking a dedicated Full Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. The role focuses on ensuring accurate night audit procedures, welcoming guests, and supporting check-ins and check-outs while maintaining the hotel’s high standards.

You will answer guest inquiries, coordinate arrangements, and oversee public areas to guarantee a smooth overnight operation. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-driven, and capable of multi-tasking in a busy hotel

• Oversee the night audit process to ensure complete accuracy
• Greet and assist guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Answer queries and make arrangements for guests (transport, reservations, events)
• Inspect public areas and supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the same

The Spencer Hotel (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Night Auditor to join their Front Office team.

General duties will include:

• Greeting & assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answering queries and making arrangements for guests, relating to transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit, cultural events, childcare, shopping, and any other needs.
• Inspect all public areas and supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the same.
• Oversee the night audit process to ensure complete accuracy
• Perform all functions of a front office receptionist and concierge
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs
