Trump Golf - Doonbeg is seeking a Night Associate in Doonbeg to support the Front of House team and ensure a seamless, memorable stay for guests.

Reporting to the Night Manager, you will handle late check-ins, assist with room service, and uphold safety protocols while delivering exceptional hospitality in a world‑class resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night team in meeting guest requests and create a pleasant stay.
• Check-in for late arrivals and escort guests to suites.
• Perform Night Audit procedures and checkout duties.
• Carry out porterage, room service/bar service, and guest transportation as required.
• Ensure fire/safety procedures and security are followed.
• Liaise with all hotel departments to maintain service standards.

Job Title: Night Associate

Department: Front of House

Responsible To: Assistant Night Manager / Night Manager / Front of House Manager

Main Purpose of Job: Reporting to the Night Manager, the Night Associate will assist the Night team in meeting the variety of guest requests that may arise, helping to create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

Liaises with: All Hotel Departments

MAIN DUTIE:

Check-in procedures will be required to be carried out for late arrivals. The guest will be required to be brought to his /her suite and all provisions made to ensure that he/she is made comfortable and any food and beverage requirements that he/she may have is catered for.Porterage service.Guest transportation.Valet parking.Room Service/Bar Service as requested by guest/member/owner.Cleaning duties of the public areas.Providing in room dining service to guests (preparation, execution and delivery).Ensuring that all bar service is adhered to, in relation to our licensing restrictions.Ensuring all fire and safety procedures have been carried out and recorded, as per your permit.Ensuring the safety/security and comfort of our members / guests and owners at all times by monitoring all areas of vulnerability i.e. machinery / doors / equipment / gas fires and or cookers etc.To perform the Night Audit procedures.Check-out procedure for guests.
