Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on kitchen support role to assist in two NFS kitchens and prepare ingredient trays for practical lessons/exams.

The position requires maintaining cleanliness, managing stock and expiry dates, and supporting ordering of food, equipment, and cleaning materials. Applicants should have at least secondary education and about one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Preferably at least secondary education.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredient trays for NFS practical lessons/exams.
• Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchens.
• Assist with food, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials orders.
• Keep track of ingredient stock and expiry dates.
• Clean refrigerator once in June and October.
• Wash and fold kitchen towels and aprons.
• Report defects to OM.
• Any other duties assigned by the school.
