Job summary

Anduril Industries in Dublin is seeking a Quality Engineer to own a portion of the production quality support process and lead cross-functional improvements. You will conduct data analysis, develop KPIs, and guide a project that transforms a part of the quality engineering team while supporting the quality management system and documentation.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s or master’s degree and availability to start in July 2027.

Qualifications

Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, maths or science.
Must be available to work full time in our Dublin office.
Must be available to start full time in July 2027.

Responsibilities

Own a portion of the production quality support process for a certain product or set of products.
Conduct data analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns in product quality.
Develop and maintain KPIs & OKR metrics to track product quality and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.
Lead a project that transforms an element of the quality engineering team.
Support the quality management system and manage changes to documentation and training.
Write documentation for quality management for hardware at scale.
Work with technicians and other engineers hands-on, building and measuring prototype hardware.
Possibly travel to suppliers to do initial sourcing work and implement quality procedures.
