Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing, Quality & Test Engineer to join the Quality & Test team in Ireland. You will ensure rigorous testing of systems, uphold high quality, and meet production throughput while solving complex testing challenges.

You will work with design, manufacturing and quality teams to drive improvements in test automation, fixtures, interfaces and data analytics for durable defense hardware.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 6 Qualification (NFQ Ireland) in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in production or regulated manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with I2C, SPI, USB, UART protocols.
• Experience commissioning and troubleshooting Production Test Fixtures.
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware from design to medium-volume production.
• Perform routine service checks and preventative maintenance on electronics test systems.
• Diagnose problems and provide progress updates with operators, engineers and inspectors.
• Support customer returns with root-cause failure analysis in collaboration with Design/Quality/Manufacturing teams.
• Analyze test data, document results, and generate reports to identify defects and improvements.
• Provide actionable design feedback to engineers based on test outcomes.
• Optimize testing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Support initiatives to improve production testing processes, fixture designs and methodologies.
