NEC Supervisor

Contract (Outside IR35) | South East Ireland

Matchtech are supporting a key client with the requisition of a Supervisor in Wexford/Rosslare on a contract basis. This role will support the supervision and coordination of construction activities across major infrastructure projects, acting as a key link between the Client, Consultant and Contractor teams. The position will be focused on site coordination, safety compliance, Contractor management, progress monitoring and project reporting within live operational environments.

Experience

• Experience supporting the construction-stage delivery of major infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on projects delivered under NEC contracts.
• Managing Contractor activities within civil engineering, marine, port, transport or live operational infrastructure environments.
• Coordinating Contractor interfaces across active construction works.
• Working within safety-critical, access-constrained or stakeholder-sensitive environments.
• Monitoring progress against programme requirements.
• Supporting project reporting and site record-keeping.

Technical Knowledge

• Construction-stage governance.

Qualifications
