Job summary

Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor/Manager for an industrial project in Arklow, Ireland. The role involves supervising mechanical and electrical sub‑contractors, planning daily work, and keeping within tight schedules and budgets while ensuring high health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS/NEBOSH/IOSH certification, CSCS/CCNSG cards, and proven experience managing industrial site projects.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH certificates preferred.
• Experience managing construction projects on industrial sites.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical sub‑contractors on site.
• Plan daily work and monitor progress against the programme and budgets.
• Maintain a daily report log of activities and issues.
• Liaise with company leads and coordinate site operations.
• Ensure works meet health and safety standards at all times.

About the job Construction Site Supervisor / Manager

Location: Arklow, Ireland

Hours: 10-11hrs/day, Mon-Sun

Duration 4-5 weeks

PAYE Pay Rates:

Mon-Sun: £30-40.00/hr, All hours including Holiday Pay (depending on experience)

Travel Allowance: £20.00/hr (home to ferry, ferry to site)

Role:

Due to recent project wins, our client has a requirement for Site Manager for an industrial construction project in Arklow, Ireland. Duties will include overseeing and managing sub contractors who are involved with the installation of structural steel, mezzanine floors, pipework, machinery, ducting electrical and controls. Duties will include:

• Managing a team of mechanical and electrical sub contractors and liasing with company lead contacts
• Planning work on a daily basis
• Working to a tight overall programme, keeping within the timescale and budgets, and managing any delays or problems encountered on-site
• Completing daily reports detailing the work being carried out.
• Ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards of Health and Safety

Requirements:

• SMSTS / NEBOSH / IOSH certificate
• CSCS / CCNSG card
• Experience of managing construction projects on industrial sites
• Goal-oriented, organised, team player
• Proficient with all Microsoft office packages
• Confident, professional, and articulate
• Proactive and tenacious
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
