Matchtech is sourcing an NEC Supervisor for a contract position in South East Ireland (Wexford/Rosslare). The role focuses on supervising coastal/infrastructure works, coordinating Client/Consultant/Contractor teams, and ensuring safety and progress reporting within live environments.

Required experience includes NEC contracts, construction-stage governance, and strong communication with stakeholders. Degree or equivalent and NEC accreditation desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in engineering, construction, or related discipline.
• NEC accreditation desirable.
• Site supervision or construction management qualifications desirable.
• Membership of a relevant professional body desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities across major projects.
• Act as the link between Client, Consultant and Contractor teams.
• Manage Contractors, monitor progress and report on project status.
• Ensure safety compliance on site and maintain records.
