Job summary

Provend in Ireland seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily logistics, fleet management, and field operations across our Munster network of vending solutions. You will optimize restock schedules, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure service excellence at corporate, industrial, and healthcare sites.

The role focuses on KPI-driven management, team leadership of field technicians and drivers, and strict compliance with FSAI, HACCP, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, route logistics, or field team management.
• Full, clean Irish/EU Driving Licence (B category required; C1/C is an advantage).
• Experience with VMS, telemetry tools, or route management software.
• Familiarity with HACCP and H&S regulations.

Responsibilities

• Fleet & route optimization to maximize efficiency and uptime.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse logistics, and stock control.
• Lead and schedule field technicians and drivers.
• Maintain client relations and ensure SLAs and hygiene standards.
• Utilize telemetry data to monitor sales and plan maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with FSAI, HACCP, and safety standards.
