Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager for our site in Ireland. You will lead planning, warehousing and logistics to meet customer demand and KPI targets, while championing safety and our core values.

You will mentor teams, optimise materials flow using SYSPRO, and collaborate with HR, finance and production to maintain cost-efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring teams in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Results oriented with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain function to meet customer demand and KPIs.
• Champion Health & Safety requirements and company values.
• Provide direction to planning, warehousing and logistics to optimise production plans and labour use.
• Utilise SYSPRO for materials management, purchasing, receipt, storage, issue and shipment.
• Collaborate with HR, Training and Operations to ensure appropriate labour resources.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM for trials and New Product Development.
