Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers to deliver client KPIs and field excellence.
• Provide regular coaching, support, and feedback to drive individual and team success.
• Manage weekly rosters and leave to ensure full coverage across the territory.
• Complete field visits to territory locations and ensure optimal deployment and efficiency.
• Oversee all merchandising and orders, ensuring alignment with FMI and client standards.
• Collaborate with Brand Representatives and internal stakeholders to align on goals and opportunities.
