Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an Operational & Inventory Leader in Ireland to drive shift operations, manage a team, and oversee accurate inventory control across ingredients, packaging, and labels. You will lead continuous improvement, ensure stock accuracy, and support seamless supply chain activities.

The role emphasizes people leadership, adherence to safety and quality standards, and applying Lean/CI principles to boost productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience leading teams in manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics or FMCG.
• Proven experience in inventory management or operational leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to meet productivity, quality, safety and service targets.
• Manage a shift team and ensure KPIs and daily tasks are met.
• Oversee inventory control, perform daily audits of ingredients, packaging and labels.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor performance, address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and ensure deadlines are met.
