Job summary

Dublin Business School is seeking a skilled Video Production & AV Specialist to plan, record, edit, and deliver high-quality digital video content for learning, internal communications, and marketing. You will manage end-to-end productions and provide specialist AV support across campuses and studios.

You will collaborate with learning designers and faculty to improve workflows, accessibility, and the adoption of new technologies, while maintaining strong production standards and schedules.

Qualifications

• Education to QQI Level 6/7 or international equivalent in film/media production or similar.
• 2–3 years in video production, post-production, or AV support roles.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop; portfolio/showreel required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, and deliver digital video content for learning, comms, and marketing.
• Manage end-to-end video workflows including multi-camera editing, color and audio.
• Provide AV support across campuses and recording studios; maintain equipment.
• Improve production workflows, accessibility, and adopt new technologies.
• Collaborate with faculty, designers, and stakeholders for content delivery.

Education

QQI Level 6 Higher Certificate in Film/Media Production or equivalent

QQI Level 7 Degree or international equivalent
