Micronclean Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team at the Louth site. You will perform high-quality maintenance across mechanical and electrical disciplines, diagnose faults, and support continuous improvement to maximise equipment reliability.
The role requires a time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, experience with PLCs, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, CMMS, and a full UK driving licence for occasional travel between sites.

Based primarily at our Louth, Lincolnshire site, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our production equipment and facilities.

LOCATION: Based at Louth with occasional travel to Skegness
JOB TYPE: Full-time
Salary: £43,000 - £48,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday – weekly rotating shifts - 6:30am - 2:30pm and 2:30pm - 10:30pm
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance, fault diagnosis, and engineering support across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will help maximise equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.
As occasional travel between company sites is required, a full UK driving licence is essential.
