Micronclean is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering function across multiple sites, building on recent foundations and driving reliability, efficiency, and innovation. You will oversee maintenance, capital projects, and the implementation of new technologies to support growth while mentoring engineers and coordinating with management.
You will require proven manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
LOCATION: Skegness or Louth, Lincolnshire, with regular travel to all our sites in Louth & Skegness.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our engineering function within a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong people leader to drive operational performance, improve reliability, champion engineering innovation, and support the continued growth of the business.
To provide strong and dynamic leadership to the Engineering team, building upon the solid foundations established in recent years.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, infrastructure and buildings are maintained to the required company standards, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance. The role will also involve sourcing, modifying, and implementing equipment to meet operational demands, and championing engineering innovation and new technologies to support business growth.
You will be a qualified multi-disciplined engineer with management experience within a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
With a strategic and commercially aware mindset, you will be able to look beyond departmental priorities and consider the wider needs of the business. You will be analytical and data-driven, with the ability to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
A natural leader and relationship builder, you will be skilled in coaching and developing others, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance. You will also be comfortable leading change, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and ensuring compliance with industry and legislative requirements.
As the business continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to play a key role in future infrastructure development projects and potentially assume responsibility for the Process Engineering function as part of your career progression.
