Job summary

Micronclean is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering function across multiple sites, building on recent foundations and driving reliability, efficiency, and innovation. You will oversee maintenance, capital projects, and the implementation of new technologies to support growth while mentoring engineers and coordinating with management.

You will require proven manufacturing leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified multi-disciplined engineer with management experience in manufacturing.
• Analytical and data-driven with ability to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for engineering activities across multiple sites and lead the teams.
• Drive safety, Quality and problem-solving culture across all plants.
• Monitor downtime and costs; implement modifications or replacements as needed.
• Champion proactive maintenance to maximise reliability and asset life.
• Ensure service contracts and compliance programmes meet legal and industry standards.
• Develop and manage CAPEX plans for the company.
• Facilitate adoption of new equipment and technologies to support growth.
• Represent the company during customer visits, audits and external engagements.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and succession.
• Lead change initiatives while upholding company values (SKIEs).
• Drive data-led problem solving using structured methodologies.
