Job summary

Aramark Ireland in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford is seeking a Multi-skilled Electrical Technician on a permanent basis. The role reports to the onsite manager and requires a trade electrician with multi-skilled FM maintenance capabilities.

Training can also be offered to the right candidate. Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, installation, and servicing as per client specs; ensuring compliance with health and safety and company procedures; maintaining equipment and completing paperwork

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification with up-skilling in mechanical or AC systems and strong electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Undertake maintenance, repairs, installation or servicing as detailed by Aramark / client specification.
• To comply with the Company’s procedures when working on a client’s premises.
• To observe and comply with all working practices and to ensure compliance with health & safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable, presentable and safe manner.
• Ensure all Company paperwork is completed accurately and legibly.
• Maintain a professional manner at all times and develop good working relationships with clients and other staff members.
• Locate & purchase items of equipment to facilitate the speedy & effective service to our clients.
• Ensure all professional qualifications required to undertake duties are up to date.
• Support the helpdesk in their role by effective communication and promote efficiency.
• Prepare permits and supervise sub-contractors carrying out work on site
• Ensure that work area is maintained in a clean and tidy state and dispose of all waste products in a suitable manner and in line with company procedures.

We are looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Electrical Technician in Dungarvan Co . Waterford . This is a permanent position that reports directly to the onsite manager. We are looking for a trade electrician with multi-skilled attributes (training can also be offered to the correct candidate)

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• To undertake such maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by Aramark / client specification.

Key Requirements for the Multi-skilled Technical Maintenance Technician Job:

• Must be qualified to Electrical trade with up-skilling on Mech/AC Systems or Air Conditioning or Senior Mechanical with good working Electrical Knowledge. (Not a pre-requisite but desirable).
• Electrical trade background with strong evidence of muti-skilled FM maintenance delivery.
• Experience in BMS and control systems an advantage.
• Use of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Excel competency, is essential.
• Flexibility – Possible weekend working on an ad hoc basis
