Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE in Naas is seeking a 3.5T Driver to join our fast-paced logistics team at Monread Industrial Estate. You will handle daily multi-drop deliveries to stores and grocery partners, ensuring fresh doughnuts arrive on time and in peak condition.

This full-time role starts early, with roughly 45 hours per week over 5 days, and a salary of €38,245 rising to €40,531 after probation, plus benefits including paid training, employee discount and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence (B) suitable for 3.5T vehicle.
• Aged 23+ with minimum 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirement).
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• People-focused and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. The Role

As a 3.5T Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for completing daily multi-drop deliveries to our stores and grocery partners, ensuring our handcrafted doughnuts arrive fresh and ready for customers to enjoy.

You Will

• Take ownership of your daily delivery route
• Deliver products safely, efficiently and on time
• Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready
• Accurately record waste and support demand planning
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
• Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance

This is a hands-on role where you are trusted to represent the Krispy Kreme brand on the road and in-store.

What We’re Looking For

• Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle)
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
• Strong time management and organisational skills

Role Details

• Start time: Between 4:00am - 4:30am
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
• Shift length: 9 hours per day
• 18–22 drops per day
• Competitive salary, paid monthly
