Job summary

Halfords in Clondalkin, Dublin, is looking for a part-time Retail Colleague to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers find the right products. You will learn product knowledge and our fitting services to explain features and benefits, while contributing to a friendly, high-energy store environment.

The role requires weekend availability, a proactive approach to sales, and a commitment to achieving store targets.

Ideally, you already have Retail sales experience but if you’ve worked in another customer focused sales environment, we’re likely to be a great fit for each other.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
• Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
