Davies in Dublin is seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler to join the Claims Management team. You will manage motor insurance claims from notification to settlement, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires assessing liability, gathering documentation and communicating with policyholders and third parties, with settlements negotiated within authority limits.

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Motor Claims Handler to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage motor insurance claims from first notification through to settlement, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance claims from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) through to closure.
• Assess liability, coverage, and policy terms.
• Gather and review documentation (accident reports, repair estimates, medical reports).
• Communicate with policyholders, third parties, and repair networks professionally.
• Provide timely updates and manage expectations throughout the claims process.
• Investigate circumstances of the claim, liaise with witnesses and experts.
