Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess mortgage applications and support members through the application process.
• Assist with personal loan underwriting and lending decisions.
• Communicate with members in person, by phone and electronically.
• Maintain mortgage reports, pipelines and daily lending activity.
• Ensure applications and documentation are accurate and complete.
• Provide administrative support to the wider lending team.
• Deliver high standards of member service while following procedures.
