Job summary

The Killarney Park Hotel is seeking a Stillroom Assistant to support breakfast service, ensuring high standards of five-star hospitality. The role focuses on mornings, with shifts from 6:00am to 2:00pm, five days per week, and involves Stillroom and Back of House duties in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams, maintain hygiene, manage stock, and uphold grooming and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Fluent English is required.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and clean breakfast and dining areas, including Stillroom and Back of House.
• Work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure timely service.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary needs, or service concerns to the Breakfast Manager/Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in line with food safety standards.
• Ensure all food handling and alcohol service follows hotel policies and regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and inventory checks for breakfast and lunch operations.
• Adhere to grooming and uniform standards and present a polished appearance.
• Maintain high organisational standards and the ability to work under pressure.
