Job summary

Noel Group (Ireland) is seeking an Engineering Lead – Modular Design in Co. Louth to drive a multidisciplinary team delivering electrical, mechanical and BIM design for modular projects.

The role combines leadership, project delivery and innovation within a growing modular construction operation. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, engineering standards and team development, helping shape engineering capability during a period of expansion.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of engineering experience.
• Previous engineering leadership or management experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of electrical, mechanical and BIM engineers.
• Ensuring design deliverables are completed in line with project and production schedules.
• Reviewing and approving engineering designs, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Driving quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
