Job summary

Key Talent Solutions is seeking a Group Modular Engineering Lead in Dundalk to oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, from concept through manufacturing. The role drives coordination of electrical, mechanical and BIM activities on data centre and major industrial modular projects.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering with 7–10+ years of electrical experience and 3–5+ years in a leadership role, with BIM, Revit and Navisworks proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 7-10+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• 3-5+ years in an engineering leadership or management position.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, BIM, drawings and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Electrical, Mechanical and BIM engineering teams.
• Oversee engineering design, technical reviews and drawing approvals.
• Coordinate electrical and mechanical fit-out within modular units.
• Manage engineering deliverables against manufacturing schedules.
• Resolve design clashes and technical challenges.
• Work closely with manufacturing, procurement and project management teams.
• Ensure engineering quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
