The role focuses on leading multidisciplinary projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality, while maintaining strong client relationships and protecting project margins. Formación

• Experience leading projects in modular construction, data centres or electrical infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specs and engineering documentation.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, cost control, risk management and change control.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and hold a full driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of projects from contract handover through to practical completion, client acceptance and final close-out.
• Manage project programmes, milestones, budgets, forecasts, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, design, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure deliverables align with schedules.
• Oversee manufacture of modular and skid-mounted solutions with production teams.
• Coordinate logistics, site installation, testing and commissioning through to final handover.
• Lead client meetings, provide regular progress updates on progress, risks, programme and costs.
• Monitor expenditure, cash flow and margins to minimise costs and prevent delays or rework.
• Manage variations, scope changes and contractual issues to ensure proper documentation and commercial agreement.

Clear. are working with a specialist engineering business delivering fully designed, engineered and integrated modular solutions across the data centre, utilities, life sciences and oil & gas sectors. With multiple manufacturing facilities and projects delivered internationally, the business provides prefabricated and skid-mounted infrastructure designed to improve the speed, quality and efficiency of complex engineering projects.

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering business at the frontõ of modular infrastructure, working across multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically complex projects for major clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while maintaining strong client relationships and protecting project margins.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of projects from contract handover through to practical completion, client acceptance and final close-out.
• Manage project programmes, milestones, budgets, forecasts, risks and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate engineering, design, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure technical deliverables and materials are available in line with project schedules.
• Oversee the manufacture of modular and skid-mounted solutions, working closely with production teams to monitor progress, quality and delivery dates.
• Coordinate logistics, site installation, subcontractors, testing and commissioning through to final handover.
• Manage client relationships, lead project meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, programme and costs.
• Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and margins, identifying opportunities to minimise costs and prevent delays or rework.
• Manage variations, scope changes, contractual issues and additional costs to ensure these are properly documented and commercially agreed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, quality standards, project documentation and relevant legislation.
• Identify potential delivery risks early, implement recovery plans and coordinate stakeholders to resolve issues.

Desired Experience

• Proven Project Management experience within modular construction, data centres, electrical infrastructure, building services, off-site manufacturing or a related engineering environment.
• Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, including design, procurement, manufacturing, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong understanding of project programmes, budget management, cost control, risk management and change control.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
• Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing project costs, variations and margins.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree, HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, project management or a related discipline.
• Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM or PMP are advantageous.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
