Suretank Group in Dundalk is seeking an experienced Group Modular Team Engineering Lead to oversee a cross-disciplinary team of Electrical, Mechanical and BIM engineers focused on the design fitout of modular units. You will drive integration of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring designs meet safety, quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within modular construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and modular construction practices.
• Experience with electrical design, installation, and commissioning.
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers for Electrical fitout tasks.
• Ensure designs align with production schedules and project timelines.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, BIM, and other disciplines.
• Review designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance.
• Monitor progress and address delays or quality issues.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of all installations.
