Solas IT Recruitment is seeking a proactive Product Owner with a track record of delivering mobile products and a passion for creating valuable customer experiences. You will shape the product strategy, own the backlog and work closely with engineering, QA, stakeholders and customers to deliver measurable business results.

You will lead backlog refinement, collaborate with teams, and leverage data to drive decisions while exploring AI-enabled enhancements to features and workflows.

Qualificações

• Must have proven Product Owner experience.
• Experience with mobile apps on iOS/Android.
• Strong Agile, backlog management, sprint planning and refinement.
• Excellent communication with tech teams and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker balancing business and user needs.
• Demonstrated ownership and measurable product outcomes.
• Data-driven decision making experience.
• Desirable: experience with AI tools or AI-enabled features.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with business goals.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and gather feedback.
• Use product analytics and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
• Drive improvements that increase revenue, reduce costs or improve satisfaction.
• Explore opportunities to use AI to enhance features and ways of working.
