ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for AI products. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, define the strategy and roadmap, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, and partner with AI, software, and UI teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

The role requires strong product management experience with AI-driven or data-powered products, excellent stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset to guide decisions and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in product management, especially with complex technical or platform-based products.
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile delivery environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of AI-powered or data-driven products with architectural awareness.
• Strong knowledge of the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced, multi-team settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with influence without authority.
• Data-driven mindset using metrics to inform prioritisation and decisions.

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to delivery for AI products.
• Define strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to enterprise AI goals.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with AI, software, and UI engineering teams to ensure quality and scalability.
