Job summary

You will lead backlog refinement, collaborate with teams, and leverage data to drive decisions while exploring AI-enabled enhancements to features and workflows.

You will help shape product strategy, own the backlog and work closely with engineering, QA, stakeholders and customers to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the product roadmap, aligning customer needs with business goals.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead backlog refinement and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Engage with customers to understand challenges, gather feedback and identify opportunities.
• Use product analytics, customer insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
• Proactively drive improvements that increase revenue, reduce costs or improve customer satisfaction.
• Explore opportunities to use AI to enhance product features and ways of working.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product delivery role.
• Experience working with mobile applications, devices and technologies, ideally across iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint planning and refinement.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with technical teams, business stakeholders and customers.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to balance commercial priorities, customer needs and technical considerations.
• Evidence of taking ownership and delivering successful product outcomes, supported by measurable results.
• Experience using data to inform product decisions.
• Practical experience with AI tools or AI-enabled products is desirable.
