Job summary

Synergy Prestige in Galway is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, client management, and business development within an established local team.

This permanent onsite role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage KPI/SLA metrics, with travel regionally as required and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management and leadership roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Full clean driving licence (manual vehicle).
Proficient with Google & Microsoft productivity tools.
