Job summary

Synergy Prestige in Cork is seeking a Mobile Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate deployed mobile vehicles from the Mayfield Cork location. The role is onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential weekend availability.

You will monitor vehicle maintenance, ensure compliance, and support branch management. Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordination/administrative duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Full clean driving licence (Manual Vehicle).
• Proficient in Google Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployed mobile vehicles across locations.
• Monitor and schedule vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure vehicle compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet leases.
• Perform process and quality checks on mobile operations.
• Ensure vehicles have the correct equipment.
• Support branch management.
