Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse to join a traveling patient care team across the Leinster region. The role involves home visits and support across multiple clinical settings, with self-injection and venepuncture procedures.

You will manage your own caseload, travel to patient homes, and may support via patient lines from home. A competitive salary and extensive development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current registration.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and cannulation/infusion.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills.
• Excellent communication in all formats, including face-to-face and virtual interactions.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple patient services and healthcare professionals across various clinical settings.
• Carry out home visits to support patients with self-injections or venepuncture.
• Possibly work from home supporting patients’ support lines.
• Manage own caseload and travel around a defined geography to see patients.
