Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active NMBI registration.
• Previous community or acute nursing experience desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in clients’ homes.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and clinical treatments as required.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Promote patient independence and quality of life.
