Neville Park Hotels' Jasper's Restaurant is seeking a talented Mixologist/Bar Tender who knows their Mojito from their Martini, loves getting creative behind the bar, and can bring theatre to every serve.

You’ll craft high-quality cocktails, chat with guests, experiment with flavours, help develop seasonal signatures, stay on top of stock, keep the bar spotless, and work closely with Restaurant and Food & Beverage teams to ensure service runs smoothly even when busy.

Qualifikationen

• Previous bartending or mixology experience, ideally within a busy restaurant, bar or hotel environment.

• Create and serve high-quality, beautifully presented cocktails with consistency, creativity and flair.
• Engage with guests, make recommendations and create an atmosphere they’ll want to come back to.
• Develop seasonal cocktails, signature serves and drinks promotions.
• Keep up with the latest cocktail trends, flavours, ingredients and techniques.
• Know your spirits, mixers, garnishes and glassware and be confident recommending the perfect drink.
• Maintain bar area: clean, organised and stocked for service.
• Work with Restaurant and F&B teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Assist with stock control and waste reduction.
• Maintain hygiene and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Handle guest questions with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to drinks that guests remember, photograph, and recommend.

We’re looking for a talented and energetic Mixologist/Bar Tender who knows their Mojito from their Martini, loves getting creative behind the bar, and can bring a little theatre to every serve.

This is a role for someone with personality, passion and plenty of flair. You’ll be creating fantastic cocktails, chatting with guests, experimenting with flavours and helping us keep our drinks offering fresh, exciting and memorable.

Whether you’re shaking up a classic, putting your own twist on a favourite, or helping us create the next must-try Jaspers signature cocktail, we want someone who takes pride in their craft, and has fun doing it!

What You’ll Be Shaking Up

• Create and serve high-quality, beautifully presented cocktails with consistency, creativity and flair.
• Bring some personality to the bar! Engage with our guests, make recommendations and create an atmosphere they’ll want to come back to.
• Put your creativity to work by helping us develop seasonal cocktails, signature serves and drinks promotions.
• Keep up with the latest cocktail trends, flavours, ingredients and techniques and bring your best ideas to the table.
• Know your spirits, mixers, garnishes and glassware and be confident recommending the perfect drink.
• Take pride in your bar, keeping it clean, organised, fully stocked and ready for service.
• Work closely with our Restaurant and Food & Beverage teams to keep service running smoothly, even when things get busy.
• Support stock control, ordering and waste reduction because a great Mixologist knows that what happens behind the scenes matters too.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Handle guest questions and feedback with professionalism, personality and genuine Care.
• Most importantly, help make a drink at Jaspers something our guests remember, photograph, recommend and come back for!

• Previous bartending or mixology experience, ideally within a busy restaurant, bar or hotel environment.
• Strong cocktail, spirit and bar knowledge.
• A genuine passion for mixology and hospitality.
• Creativity and confidence to experiment with new flavours and ideas.
• Great guest engagement skills, you should enjoy talking to people just as much as you enjoy making their drinks.
• A positive attitude and plenty of Energy & Drive.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to stay cool, calm and organised when the orders start flying in!
• An eye for presentation and the little details that turn a good cocktail into a great one.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
