Job summary

WSP, a leading engineering and professional services firm, seeks a senior leader to drive the Mine Water Treatment business within the UK & Ireland. You will build a client-focused team, develop strategic water stewardship initiatives, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery with a global reach.

This role offers hybrid working across the UK and Ireland and opportunities to influence ESG outcomes. Ideal candidates have advanced degrees and a proven track record in building and leading mine water

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in process or chemical engineering (or equivalent).
• Masters or PhD level qualification in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Mine Water Treatment team with strong retention record.
• Develop client relationships and source projects.
• Promote HSSE policies and positive safety culture.
