Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks a senior leader for its Mine Water team. Based in Ireland, you will build and develop a client-focused mine water treatment capability, integrating with global regions to deliver practical, sustainable solutions across the mining lifecycle.

You will lead client relationships, drive HSSE policy implementation, and support delivery from juniors to majors, with a proven track record of attracting projects and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in process or chemical engineering (or equivalent).
• Masters or PhD level qualification in relevant field.
• Proven track record in building, developing, and leading Mine Water Treatment teams with strong employee retention and substantial demonstrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development with the ability to source projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in HSSE through implementation of HSSE policies and procedures and ability to positively affect Health and Safety culture.
