Job summary

BearingPoint Ireland is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations from planning through to successful adoption. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery-focused positions, strong CRM experience, and professional PM/Agile certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, Business or PM.
• 5+ years delivering technology or business transformation projects in a delivery-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
• Professional certification in PM/Agile methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, CSM, PSM, AgilePM, SAFe) or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience leading project plans, RAID logs, governance reporting and controls.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across delivery lifecycle.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM projects within scope, quality, timelines and budget.
• Foster a collaborative delivery environment across consultants, developers, PMs and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations for effective decision-making.
• Provide delivery leadership across planning, resourcing, risk/issue management and governance.
• Support design activities translating business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Coach and mentor delivery team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with change, testing and training teams for adoption and end-user success.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of delivery methodologies and CRM best practices.

Job description

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects, ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed scope, quality, timelines and budget.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive delivery environment, bringing together functional consultants, developers, project managers, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers to achieve shared outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, while promoting continuous improvement across teams.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, working closely with business leads to understand priorities, manage expectations and support effective decision-making.
• Provide delivery leadership across the project lifecycle, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management and governance reporting.
• Support functional and solution design activities, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical and user-centred Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Coach and mentor delivery team members, encouraging knowledge sharing, professional development and a positive team culture.
• Work closely with change, testing and training teams to ensure successful solution adoption and a positive end‑user experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery methodologies, project standards and CRM implementation best practices.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering technology or business transformation projects in a Scrum Master, Functional Lead, Delivery Lead, Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role.
• Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) implementations and enhancements.
• Professional certification in Project Management or Agile Methodologies, such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM Practitioner, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), AgilePM Practitioner, SAFe Practitioner or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and trusted working relationships.
• Strong experience managing project plans, RAID logs, delivery governance, reporting and project controls.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate functional, technical and business resources throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
