Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cork, Ireland, is seeking an Advisory Consultant for Microsoft 365 to act as a trusted advisor and hands-on technical consultant. You will combine deep M365 expertise with modern workplace strategy, security, and AI productivity enablement to transform enterprise digital workplaces.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert and additional Microsoft certifications.
• Hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Copilot for M365, and PowerShell/Graph API automation.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading maturity assessments, governance frameworks, strategic roadmaps, solution architecture, and value realization reporting.
• Experience in EUC/Digital Workplace consulting with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Microsoft 365 cloud productivity strategies; conduct maturity assessments and architect prioritised roadmaps.
• Lead Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity enablement, including readiness assessments and adoption strategies.
• Deliver end-to-end M365 platform implementations including tenant architecture, migrations, and hybrid identity.
• Advise on security and compliance posture using Defender and Purview to protect workloads.
• Drive practice growth through pre-sales support, solution scoping, and cross-sell opportunities.
