Job summary

Ergo IT Recruitment Services seeks an experienced M365 Consultant to join our Modern Work team in Ireland. You will lead architecture, design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions for large enterprise clients.

You will provide technical guidance on security and governance, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver end-to-end projects while keeping pace with Microsoft 365 innovations.

Qualifications

Experience implementing Microsoft 365 projects in enterprise environments.
Ability to design and implement Microsoft 365 architectures.
Knowledge of security and governance within Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
Provide technical leadership and client guidance on best practices, security, and governance.
Conduct assessments to identify optimization opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide technical training and stay updated on Microsoft 365 technologies.
