Job summary

Dell Technologies seeks an Advisory Consultant for Microsoft 365 to drive strategy, architecture, and adoption across the enterprise. You will partner with executives across EMEA to shape M365 roadmaps and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, security, and efficiency.

You will lead Copilot readiness, hybrid identity, and end-to-end M365 implementations, while advising on governance and compliance within the Dell Modern Workplace portfolio.

Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 platform expertise across core workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Proven ability to define maturity assessments, governance, roadmaps and value realization for enterprise M365 environments.
• Strong customer-facing consulting, executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Microsoft 365 cloud productivity strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead Copilot and AI productivity enablement initiatives and adoption strategies.
• Deliver end-to-end M365 platform implementations including tenant architecture and migrations.
• Advise on security and compliance posture using Defender and Purview.
• Support pre-sales, identify cross-sell opportunities, and contribute to portfolio development.
