Job summary

Dell Technologies in Ireland seeks an Advisory Consultant - Microsoft 365 to act as a trusted advisor, blending deep M365 platform expertise with modern workplace strategy and AI productivity enablement for enterprise customers.

You will partner with executives across EMEA to define strategy, architect solutions, drive adoption, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, collaboration, security, and operational efficiency across Dell's Modern Workplace portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must have Microsoft 365 platform expertise including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Purview, Copilot for M365, and PowerShell/Graph API automation.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic alignment.
• Proven experience leading maturity assessments, governance frameworks, roadmaps, solution architecture, and value realisation in enterprise M365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver Microsoft 365 cloud productivity strategies across platforms and roadmaps.
• Lead Microsoft Copilot and AI productivity enablement including readiness assessments and adoption strategies.
• Deliver end-to-end M365 platform implementations including tenant architecture, migrations, and identity.
• Advise on security and compliance posture using Defender and Purview for information protection and data loss prevention.
• Drive pre-sales support, solution scoping, and contribute to methodology refinement and offers.
