Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in Ireland is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to manage and advance Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies across teams. You will drive governance, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives to enable scalable, secure collaboration.

You will partner with engineering, operations, security, and business groups to deliver supported, compliant collaboration services across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years providing Microsoft 365 support in a corporate setting.
• Practical experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Experience with enterprise ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Experience developing operational docs, reports, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support Microsoft 365 governance efforts and platform operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, governance, and support teams.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Coordinate intake and prioritization of integration requests.
• Assist adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
• Support incident response and post-implementation follow-up.
• Operate within ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
