Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead and manage the tender-stage delivery for the MetroLink Dublin project, acting as Egis'' senior technical and managerial authority within a contractor or JV bidding environment. The role has full accountability for bid leadership, governance, programme control, technical integration, and assurance of all Egis inputs.

The successful candidate will provide senior leadership for systems, MEP tender design, define technical strategy and act as

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
Chartered Engineer or equivalent is preferred.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
Proven experience as Project Director, Design Director or Senior Project Manager on major rail/metro projects.

Responsibilities

Lead tender leadership and governance for the MetroLink bid, with overall responsibility for planning and delivery of Egis inputs.
Provide senior leadership for systems and MEP tender design, including interfaces with civil and architectural works.
Represent Egis at senior level within the JV or contractor bidding organisation.
Lead the tender programme, resource planning, cost control and risk management for the bid.
Quality assurance and gate reviews; ensure outputs are reviewed, verified and approved for submission.
