Qualifications

• Experience in commodity trading preferred (3 years in metals).
• Interest in building a career in commodity trading and metals trading.
• Willingness to travel regionally (ASEAN, India, Korea) as required.
• Understanding of finance, shipping, and international trade payments.
• Mandarin proficiency for liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
• Stable employment history is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform trading activities for ferrous raw materials, including sales and marketing.
• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with clients, overseas offices, and headquarters to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate order processing and logistics to support timely delivery.
• Monitor customer credit lines and manage inventory-related risks.
• Oversee logistics execution to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
• Process and follow up on accounts receivable and payable activities.
• Carry out additional duties and projects as assigned.
