Job summary

Elusav Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEP Quality Manager/Lead for two Dublin-based projects, focusing on retrofit, expansion and upgrade work within existing data centers. You will lead QA across MEP and CSA scopes and drive safety, process compliance and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in large construction projects and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understand delivery of large, high quality construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication; motivate team and ensure accountability.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; degree in QA/QC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and incident-free project delivery.
• Set up and run QA procedures, controls & systems on site.
• Lead quality teams across MEP and CSA scopes on two Dublin projects.
