Job summary

TSL Ireland is seeking a Senior MEP Building Services Manager to oversee the design, coordination, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems across complex projects including pharmaceutical facilities and data centres.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure GMP and safety standards, manage cost and schedule, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to deliver reliable, efficient and compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Oversee MEP design, coordination, installation and commissioning.
• Review and approve MEP designs and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and client specs.
• Drive value engineering and technical innovation.
• Lead coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP aspects from design through commissioning.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural and architectural teams.
• Review MEP subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery in line with schedules.
• Review and approve MEP designs, drawings, specifications.
• Ensure systems meet project requirements and standards.
• Drive energy efficiency and cost-effective installations.
• Oversee HVAC, lighting, fire protection and building automation.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and testing of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams and client representatives.
• Act as main MEP contact for clients and consultants.
