Job summary

Network Talent Partners in Dublin is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex data centre packages from design through construction and commissioning.

You will coordinate mechanical and electrical building services, manage multidisciplinary teams and strong client-facing relationships to ensure quality, timetables and budget adherence.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin with a competitive salary and a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager within an engineering consultancy.
• Strong understanding of M&E building services and their integration in mission-critical environments.
• Experience managing design coordination, project delivery and multidisciplinary teams.
• Confident client-facing skills to manage priorities and complex challenges.
• Strong commercial awareness and a delivery-focused approach.

Lead the delivery of complex data centre projects with a specialist engineering consultancy.

An exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a growing engineering consultancy focused on the data centre sector.

Working on major data centre projects, you’ll take ownership of MEP project delivery, working closely with clients, multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders to ensure technical quality, coordination and successful outcomes.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of MEP packages across data centre projects, from design development through to construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines, ensuring design quality, integration and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage project programmes, resources, risks, interfaces and deliverables.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Review design documentation, resolve technical issues and drive effective coordination across project teams.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and deadlines, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
• Support the development of client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
